Q: So how did you like working with us?
A: I thought it was great. I found you guys through a YouTube personality, and I saw Mukarram on there, and I’m like, this guy knows what he’s talking about. I can’t wait to link up with with this, this guy and this organization.

Q: What do you think about the way that Mukarram educates?
A: I like that he’s down to earth. He doesn’t talk above my head. He explains that not to a third grader could understand it, but to where a layman can understand it for sure.

Q: What did you think about the way that you and Mukarram work together?
A: I liked the fact that it wasn’t just him and I one on one at the beginning, because I don’t think I would have been prepared for that. I like that two reached out to me first and set the meeting up. Kind of let me get my head around what was going to happen and how the interaction was going to go. And then once of a calm and I did have our one on one, it was I think it went a lot smoother.

Q: So do you think we were able to get you in at the right time?
A: To be honest, I wasn’t sure what the right time was going to be, so I kind of just pushed the I believe button and hope for the best. And when you did manage, it just happened to be, I mean, this, not that it happened to be the right time. It’s that you guys kept an eye on it and made sure you got me in at the right time.And that was. That was more than I could have done by myself and more than I expected, to be honest.

Q: So what about the recommendations of coins and getting the right type of metals instead of pushing collectibles?
A: Yeah, I got a call the other day. Even about not from you guys from another organization that was pushing these collectibles. They were almost double spot. And I’m like, look, guys, that’s just that’s not what I’m looking for. I’m looking for the investment of the basically the cost of the silver and not not the cost of the pretty, I’m not I’m not about pretty at this moment. Maybe later on, but right now I’m just looking at silver. And you guys made sure to take that into account. As far as what I was looking for and not push me to to up spend or spend more than I really needed to to get in where I wanted to be.

Q: How was your experience, paperwork wise?
A: I wish I could remember the paperwork. It was. It was that seamless, too. I didn’t have to worry about it. Yeah, yeah, you guys sent me the paperwork I needed to sign. Explained what I needed to understand if I had any questions, which I did have a couple. I came back to you guys. You explained it, a little more in depth to to make me feel comfortable. And the rest of it was seamless.

Q: How was your experience working with me?
A: You are the one that takes care of me and keeps me where I need to be, when I need to be there, and you don’t push to say, hey, we need to make this happen. You just you let me make the decisions I needed to make while also being that little Jiminy Cricket on my shoulder saying, hey, don’t forget, you got to. You got a phone call coming up, or don’t don’t forget, we’ve got something in your inbox. Where I where I may not get to it by myself. And that’s. I mean, I hate to say it as a 54 year old man, but I need a reminder from time to time.

Q: How did you like working with us?
A: I found a very helpful. Mukarram’s insight on the crypto market was a benefit that I had not anticipated. Other than that, in regards to handling my myself, I ran for the gold and silver. Transactions were smooth and I did that for it, which is how I like it.

Q: So what did you think about the way that Mukarram educates?
A: He’s very insightful. The, I never would have thought to get into his coin selection on the cryptocurrency, but just got more insight, more depth of knowledge than I did. So he was very helpful on that. On his insight with the gold and silver market. I would say he’s very helpful, very helpful on that aspect.

Q: What did you think about just you being able to work so closely with Mukarram through all this?
A: That was a large, large add on for me because most of the time I get, I’m used to being shuffled off to assistance or a different phone extension or another call or phone number, and you have to dial another extension and it turns into a, an all day event. And it was very easy working with Mukarram. And, and it was not an all day event, which is nice.

Q: Do you feel like we were able to get you in at the right time with physical precious metals?
A: Yeah. Yeah. I think I got a pretty good price. I think right now the silver index right now in the pricing is still kind of sideways. It’s not upside down. It’s going up more. But, I think I’m in at a good price. And I think got me in at the goal at a good price.

Q: What about the recommendations and getting you the right type of coins instead of pushing collectibles?
A: I’m happy with the coins I’ve got. I’m not real sold on the collectibles. A lot of, a lot of folks think that getting collectibles is going to insure you or insulates you from government seizure. At the end of the day, it doesn’t really matter. I’m looking more for the answers and the collectibles. So he was very helpful on that.

Q: How was your process doing? Paperwork?
A: Pretty smooth. Very helpful. She went out of her way to step in and get back to me. As soon as she had an answer on something, and we got everything turned around fairly, fairly quick.

A: I do. Obviously things fluctuate a lot and it’s up and down, but I think it’s still a good place to be. And I’m very patient to see where it goes next.

Q: And then what about how you felt about the recommendation of coins and giving you the right type of metals instead of pushing collectibles?
A: I thought it was was very good to stay with, gold and silver and even going with the Britannias, which I had a few myself already, but it was very helpful that he recommended that. And we followed through with getting that particular type of coin reds and collectibles, which is very, I would say, more difficult to sell on the, on the back end and very speculative. So I thought this was more secure way to go.

Q: Do you feel like we were able to get you in at the right time in regards to metals?
A: Yes. It happened to be good timing for me and in my metals purchase. So I’m very happy with the way that that timing turned out.

Q: What about the recommendations of coins and getting you the right type of metals instead of pushing collectibles?
A: Yeah, we seem to both agree that the collectibles to the graded coins is is not really what I was interested in. And that was lukewarm. He reinforced that belief that I already had.
